The Cellphone-Mate Dual Band 55dB amplifier is a wireless amplifier designed for in-building use, and is suitable to cover an area up to 1,500 square feet. (Coverage radius based on available signal strength at the external antenna location). This amplifier requires an External Donor Antenna, Internal Repeater Antenna, and two lengths of Coaxial Cable. It is currently available in the following kit: CM2000-WL55-Kit
Kits can be customized to include various external antennas, cable lengths, and multiple internal antennas by calling a sales technician at 905-826-3781.
How it works:
The outside antenna is placed in the area of best signal, collects it and sends it through a cable to the amplifier. The amplifier boosts the signal, and then sends the boosted signal through a cable to a internal antenna that redistributes the signal into the building. This provides an area of improved signal that can be used by up to 15 phones or data cards simultaneously.
